Obituary

William G. Mesics, 92, of Forks Twp. passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born on November 15, 1930 in Bethlehem, William was the son of the late George and Margaret (Kralick) Mesics. He graduated from Phillipsburg High School in 1948. He worked as the quality control manager for Ingersoll Rand Co. in Phillipsburg, NJ until his retirement in 1986.

He enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing tennis, traveling and camping. But his favorite moments were spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a devoted, loving, family man who will be truly missed by all.

William is survived by his daughters, Cindy Pierfy and her husband, Bob, Jodi Matase and her husband, Dave; grandchildren, Kristin Hammett and her husband, George, Robert W. Pierfy and his wife, Holly, Ben Matase and his wife, Bethany, Austin and Dylan Matase; great grandchildren, Joel, Anna and Luke Hammett, Maisie and Finnegan Pierfy.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his loving wife, Rosemarie (Torcivia) who passed away in 2013.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, November 27 th , 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a service at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
