Yuanjia Chen, 94, of Palmer Twp., PA passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Gracedale Nursing Home. Born on February 6, 1931 in Changsha, China she was a daughter of the late Yuqing Chen and Chengbin Tang.

Yuanjia was a pediatrician for many years before retiring. She enjoyed spending time with her family and practicing tai chi.

She is survived by her son, Shu Huang and his wife, Lily Zhang; daughters, Yixin Huang and her husband, Wensheng Liu; Xiao Huang and her husband, Yong Xu; grandchildren, Dahe Xu, Clifford Huang, Claire Huang, Annika Liu, and Aldrick Liu; 2 sisters including, Xian Zhi Chen; and 2 brothers.

Calling hours will be held on Friday July 11, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com
