Caroline M. Jones, 84, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Easton Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born on January 3, 1941 in Irvington, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Ellsworth Hayden and Caroline Marjorie (Webberley) Rustay. She attended Phillipsburg High School and earned her GED in 1958. She also attended Northampton Community College and Churchman's Business School. She trained in the CMA program at Warren Hospital and worked as a CMA until retirement in 2005.
Caroline was a very active volunteer at her church, Christ Lutheran Church in Easton, serving as a lay pastor before its closing. She enjoyed collecting antiques and was a member of Forks of the Delaware Doll Club. She was the proprietor of "CJ's What Nots." At home, she took pride in tending her vegetable and flower gardens and enjoyed the company of her beloved pug, Guppie.
Caroline is survived by her sons, John E. Williams of Quakertown, PA; David L. Williams of Easton, PA; Paul J. Williams of Easton, PA; Chester E. Williams and his wife, Kayla of Pen Argyl, PA; daughters, Edith A. Snyder and her husband, Ricky of Asbury, NJ; Mildred T. Williams and her husband, William of Phillipsburg, NJ; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Caroline was preceded in death by her husbands, John Williams and Robert Jones; son, Robert A. Williams; and brother, Frank Rustay.
