Ida Jayne Fox, 94, of Easton, PA, passed away on Thursday July 25th 2024, in Brownsburg, Indiana, peacefully in her daughter's home, surrounded by her loving family.

Jayne was born in Knoxville, TN, the daughter of the late Joseph R. and Grace (Mitchell) Kelly. She was a graduate of Knoxville High School, class of 1947. She also received a Medical Transcriptionist Certificate from Northampton Community College, in Bethlehem, PA. Jayne worked as a furniture sales representative at Leh's Department Store in Whitehall, PA, for eleven years.

Jayne was a member of Saint John's UCC in Bethlehem Twp. In Jayne's younger years, she enjoyed playing the piano, singing, square dancing and amateur theater. Jayne also enjoyed some of the simpler things in life such as a good cup of coffee and chatting with her family and friends, eating out, and shopping.  Her love and passion for all animals and her family was the biggest imprint that she leaves behind.

Jayne is survived by her children: Joseph Fox and his wife Martha Capwell Fox, of Easton, PA, Sharon Schwarz and her husband John, of Brownsburg, IN, and Martha Wilson and her husband Dennis, of Bethlehem, PA; 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Donald P. Fox, a son Paul S Fox of Mount Holly, NJ and her sister Elizabeth Kelly of Knoxville, TN.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Morello Funeral Home Inc, 3720 Nicholas Street Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) Funeral Services will Follow in the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Northampton Memorial Shrine, in Easton, PA.
