Katherine A. DeLuca, 79, of Easton, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hecktown Oaks. Born in Rochester, NY she was a daughter of the late Homer J. and Charlotte (Zabor) Terhaar.

She was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church. She loved to sit down with a good book. During warmer days she enjoyed being outside tending to her garden. Katherine liked to do crafts of all kinds. Her most treasured time was with her family.

Katherine is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Michael J. DeLuca; sons, Russell DeLuca and his wife, Anissa; Jonathan DeLuca; Damian DeLuca and his wife, Christina; Adam DeLuca and his wife, Katie; daughters, Charlene Smith and her husband, Matthew; Marlene DeLuca and her fiancé Chris Spellman; Karen DeLuca and her significant other, Stanley Thomasik; 17 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. She also leaves behind sisters, Jacqueline Switzer and her husband, Ron; and Patricia Parker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Chernikovich.

Calling hours will be held from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at the church.
