Robert L. Liiro, 86, of Easton passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Born in Roseto on February 20, 1939, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Philomena "Mamie" (Falcone) Liiro.

He was a graduate of Bangor High School, class of 1956. Robert was the owner and Director Emeritus of Nardi Dance Studios and Performing Arts Center in Palmer, PA. The business is entering its 92nd season this fall. Robert was a legendary dancer and esteemed teacher throughout his career. He served honorably as a member of the United States Army National Guard. Known to his friends by the nickname "Gears", Robert was a jack of all trades. He loved woodworking and had a state of the art woodworking shop where he made furniture and gifts of all kinds for his home. He also enjoyed electronics, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, snowmobiling, and anything Frank Sinatra. Robert was known for his story telling and his good sense of humor.

Robert married his beloved wife and dance partner on August 29, 1982, celebrating almost 43 years of marriage. They were blessed with 2 sons, Michael Liiro and his wife, Lindsay, of Bethlehem and Steven Liiro and his significant other Carly Roncin. Robert loved family gatherings and traditional family dinners and holidays.

In addition to his wife Tammy Rampulla Liiro and children, he is survived by sisters, Lucille Casagrande and Rozalind Ressner and many beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in Morello Funeral Home, Inc. 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA 18045. An additional calling hour will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM. Entombment will take place in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Easton, PA.
